Bạn cho bột nếp, bột năng, bột gạo, muối vào 1 cái tô và trộn đều nguyên liệu. Thêm nước ấm và trộn đều, sau đó nhồi kỹ, lúc này bột sẽ thành 1 khối dẻo mịn mà không dính tay.
Lấy khối bột ra bàn sạch và chia làm 4 phần, sau đó lấy 1 ít dầu ăn xoa lên tay, đặt 1 miếng bột vừa cắt lên bàn rồi dùng 2 bàn tay vê thành từng thanh bột dài sao cho đều nhau. Dùng dao cắt bột thành từng khúc dài tầm 1 ngón tay. Bạn cứ cắt bột xong thì để riêng ra đĩa rồi làm tiếp cho hết phần bột còn lại nhé!
Đun 1 nồi nước sôi có cho 1 xíu dầu ăn, thả bánh gạo vào luộc tới khi bánh chín nổi lên thì vớt ra thả vào chậu nước lạnh. Đợi cho bánh gạo nguội hẳn rồi vớt ra để ráo nước, nếu chưa chế biến ngay thì bạn cho bánh gạo vào hộp rồi đem cất ngăn đá để dùng dần.
