Cho đậu đen vào nồi với lượng nước vừa ăn, đun sôi. Hạ nhỏ lửa đun liu riu cho đến khi đậu chín mềm. Đậu chín tẻ nước đậu ra tô. Thêm 20gr đường trắng vào phần nước đậu, hòa tan.
Phần hạt đậu đen trong nồi cho phần đường trăng còn lại vào, đặt lên bếp sên cho đường tan, ngấm vào đậu.
Đun sôi một nồi nước, cho hạt trân châu vào luộc đến khi hạt nổi lên trên và có màu trong thì vớt hạt ra cho vào tô nước lạnh để không bị dính vào nhau.
Múc phần đậu đã sên đường ra chén, thêm phần nước đậu vào cùng với trân châu và dưa lê là xong. Bạn có thể cho cả chén chè vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh cho mát hoặc cho thêm đá bào vào, ăn rất ngon.
